Currently, leading the Product Design team at Payhawk, the first Bulgarian unicorn, where I have been responsible for the end-to-end product experience on Payhawk's platforms for the past 3 years.

Prior to that, I have been working as a consultant for 12 years. Major focus of my work is Product Design, User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design. From non-profits and startups to well-established companies, I have helped many extraordinary clients to define, design and develop successful products and services.

During that time, I have worked with many remote teams on virtually any framework from simple Kanban boards to meticulously organized Scrum project management systems. I have successfully collaborated with stakeholders from developers, designers and POs on daily tasks, to managers and CEOs solving advanced problems.

I have the tools and mindset to solve user problems and to achieve business objectives through design. I adapt and learn fast, I am naturally adventurous, curious and motivated to face challenges in new areas.

I strongly believe that smart solutions come out of diverse knowledge and multidisciplinary skills. As a result, I have been developing my technical skills in the field of front-end engineering for over 16 years now. Being confident in design and engineering helps me solve problems better, communicate with stakeholders easily, and generally enjoy a process that contributes in a meaningful and practical way.

In addition to and through my professional practice, I have participated in multiple public engagements – speaking on conferences, teaching courses and as a judge in multiple contests. I have also helped organize open source community events like Drupal Camps and Drupal Roadshow in Bulgaria. Being involved in a community as a leader has brought me tremendous sense of fulfillment.

I love to share, inspire and guide people in their abilities to be more creative and successful. Consequently, I truly aspire for opportunities that combine my design and development work with the ability to guide and inspire others.
